Leticia Ferrer-Rivera, The Witchy Dancer! is the owner of Dancing Crowns Studio. A new holistic dance studio located at The Piano Works in East Rochester, NY.
Leticia is now offering adult dance classes on Salsa, Belly Dance, Ballroom, Tango, Hustle, Bomba, Yoga, and Latin Cardio. She is also offering Tarot Readings, Crystal Healing, and has a store full of dancewear, dance shoes, crystals, and her handmade jewelry.
She is Certified as Tarot and Crystal Healer. She does divination and Psychic Readings using the Pendulum, Tarot, and Crystals. Leticia is also a Wicca High Priestess and comes from a long generation of Witchcraft and Mediums on both sides of her family, especially from the Ferrer side from Barcelona, Spain.
Her sessions of Tarot & Café are pretty popular on her Youtube Channel. She is also offering Belly Dance On Demand for those who want to learn remotely.
Leticia has studied at Magicka School from the United Kingdom and has taken several courses in spell casting, and Tarot with Marcus Katz. Leticia is a member of the International Tarot Association. She has a BA in Criminal Justice and Graduate Studies in Education of the Performing Arts with a Major in Dance.
After more than 20 years of experience, dancing still lives in her! She is a Dance Instructor, Choreographer, and Producer. Leticia still doing choreographies, teaching workshops and also can schedule a Drums & Dance Meditation Therapy as well. One of her latest dance adventures is being the Director and Choreographer of the World's Witches Dance from Rochester, NY. This is a group of women who work together for adding themselves to the World movement doing this famous and fun Witches Dance that started in Germany!
Regarding publications, Leticia is the Author of Puerto Rico's Authentic Music and Dances. This book is a deep and detailed look into music, dances, poetry, and spirituality from Puerto Rico and other places in the Caribbean and the United States. Leticia has expertise in not only the folkloric genres, but in any authentic type of art from the island, especially in the African Heritage, and lately she has been adding information from the Taíno heritage. The second edition of this book will be published soon.
She writes periodically in a monthly e-magazine called ROC Metaphysical Magazine. She also wrote an article for Tarosophy International about Crystals Casting (A Crystals Tarot). Her latest project is Secrets of Paradise Tarot and Discover the Secrets of Paradise Tarot: A Guidebook to discover new symbolism and deities from the Caribbean and Latin America, never illustrated on a card deck before. She won a publishing contract with Hay House and this deck will be published February 2023!!!
Leticia enjoys creating innovative healing jewelry and she has recently designed the very first Pagan Rosary including the Sigils of the four main Archangels, a Triple Moon, the Sun, and a cross made of nails with a Pentacle in the center. All of the charms and the pendant are in Sterling Silver and the beads are crystals. The crystals to choose from are Moonstone and Obsidian. She also maintains her own line of handmade jewelry along with tons of crystals for decoration, meditation, and magick at her online Metaphysical Boutique. Her pieces of jewelry are featured in several cards from Secrets of Paradise Tarot.
Last but not least, Leticia speaks several languages and she does readings and private dance classes in Spanish and English, but she also speaks Italian pretty well, some Korean, and some French. She was Mrs. New York Petite 2017 and has over 30 years of experience in Professional Modeling, acting, public speaking, and presentations. Leticia was recently at News 13 WHAM in Rochester, where Reporter Sam Carter did a whole morning coverage dancing with her and getting a Tarot Reading at Dancing Crowns Studio.
